In that case, Convelio will collect the goods in their current condition and will either deliver it to the customer like this or build a professional wood export crate for any export destination through Air Freight and Sea Freight

My goods are already packed in a wood crate

In case the goods are already packed in a wood crate suitable for export shipping and placed on pallet, Convelio partners will collect and deliver the goods in the same packing condition. Please be sure in case of an export that the wood used for the crate is compliant with international standards, otherwise Convelio will charge additional fees for packing compliance.
