What's the step by step journey of my shipment?

At Convelio, we recognize that understanding the complexities of transportation can be a challenge, which is why we choose to be transparent about the processing and handling of each of your fine-art shipments. While our intra europeans & intra-US shipments are carried through our network of specialized vans, our international shipments require expert wood-crating before travelling by plane or cargo.

For international shipments

Intra-European Shipments

  1. You book your shipment on our online platform.
  2. We organize a date and time-slot with the vendor from which we have to pick-up the merchandise.
  3. Upon your request, we may pack the merchandise prior to collection, otherwise this is the vendor's direct responsibility.
  4. We then transport your merchandise to the consignee, using our network of trusted and vetted specialised vans.

Shipments from Europe to oversea countries/ from US to European countries

  1. You book your shipment on our online platform, choosing the different options including wood-crating, insurance, transport via Sea or Air freight, white-glove or front-door delivery.
  2. We organize a date and time-slot with the vendor from which we have to pick-up the merchandise.
  3. We then transport the merchandise to one of our crating centers using our network of audited and specialized vans.
  4. According to your booking options, we may build an bespoke wood crate to pack your shipment.
  5. We ship the merchandise via air-freight or sea-freight to the destination of the end-client and take care of the custom clearances burden.
  6. We then transport your merchandise to the consignee, using our network of trusted and vetted specialised vans.
